      WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?


      EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      Wolfie accepts returns in exchange for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. if you receive a faulty item please send an email with subject line: Faulty Item,to the email theteam@wolfiekids.com along with your order number and a photo of the faulty item. Once the email is received we will resend the item free of charge. 

      Our returns address is PO BOX 265, Mooloolaba 4557, Queensland, Australia.

      Returning items:

      • Please include: Order number, reason for return & email address in your package.
      • Items will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
      • Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping / handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
      • Once received we will contact you with your store credit gift voucher via email.
